At Jewelshop, we are proud to offer you a 6 month guarantee on all our jewelry. It is important to us that you are satisfied and that you like the products.

Our guarantee includes:

  1. Imperfections: If your jewelry has manufacturing defects or imperfections, we undertake to repair or replace it within 6 months following your purchase.

    1. Tarnishing: We understand that the shine of your jewelry is essential. In case of tarnishing, we will exchange your jewelry. Our jewelry is made of stainless steel, so if the jewelry tarnishes, this is not normal!

    2. Dissatisfaction: If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the opportunity to return the jewelry within 6 months for an exchange.

    My name is Amélie and I created Jewelshop at the beginning of 2021, to keep myself busy and let my creative side go. I didn't know it yet, but it was one of my best decisions ever. I've been living my passion for over a year and I couldn't be more proud of what I've created and of the Jewelshop community.

    My goal is to offer trendy and quality jewelry, while being affordable. That's why our jewelry is made of stainless steel, making it water resistant, anti-tarnish and hypoallergenic. I myself don't like taking off my jewelry in the water, so one of my first goals was to offer waterproof jewelry all for less than $35!
